Doc A: ACS General Employee Duties/Expectation
The following is a list of basic duties/expectations we have of all ACS employees:
-
Complete all necessary new employee paperwork.
-
Participate in/Graduate ACS training.
-
Vehicle and license or the ability to get from job to job on your own.
-
This may mean that you need to use a bus, Uber, cab, or pay a fellow employee to provide rides. Whatever the case, it is YOUR responsibility to make the arrangements so that you can arrive on time.
-
-
Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
-
Availability
-
Whether you are full time or part-time, we need to know when you will be available and when you won’t. Once you declare hours of availability, you will be scheduled jobs accordingly.
-
You must report changes in availability to the office and/or your team lead or manager as soon as you know them.
-
If you have already been scheduled for a job and become unavailable, you may need to find another employee willing to trade a shift or fill in for you. Failure to do so may be considered a no-call/no-show.
-
-
It is expected that you schedule appointments outside of your scheduled jobs…and report them to be marked on your schedule as unavailable so no new jobs will be scheduled during that time.
-
When reporting changes in availability it is wise to actual talk to an office personnel and manager to be certain the message is received.
