1.What is it? The 1% Cash match program is an incentive program where 1% of your pay is deducted from each paycheck and set aside. At the end of the year, that 1% PLUS the amount equivalent to that 1% will be given back to you!

Example:

Nicole has had 1% taken from every check in 2020, totaling $105.20 from January-December. In December, Nicole got a check for $210.40 (ACS doubled the 1% originally deducted from each paycheck!) YAY!

Maybe you worked a whole bunch more than Nicole and your total deducted from your checks at the end of this year was $300. At the end of the year you will get a check for $600- DOUBLE YOUR MONEY!
